Pulse is a great feature to get a dab rhythm going for filler wire. If you add filler every time it pulses to higher amperage, it helps keep you consistent. I also suggest not jumping as far ahead on your welds as you do while tig welding. Try to jump about half the distance of your last bead, or maybe about a 1/16 of an inch every time you add filler, that’s how you get that really nice stacking dimes look. Another good way to know how far you should jump ahead is by the thickness of your filler. Jump ahead about the same amount as the thickness of whatever your filler size is.

Caleb ditch those HF magnets and pick up some Adjust-O on/off switch magnets, they're life changing. No more ripping the magnets off and messing up a jigged up item. You can slide them perfectly into place and then flip the switch, no more skirting the magnets across the surface of the table/piece. 120% worth the cost of them, which is still pretty reasonable.
