Massive? Not really... And they´ve got tons of tools and other projects going on in there. Also, some dirty work you´ll keep outside just to avoid spilling all over the floor. I´ve got a 125 sqm shop myself, but I still do a lot of work outside if the weather allows for it.

As a former 63B/91A, we use red rtv on everything cause it's all we had. I wouldn't be surprised if you found a gasket or two made of MRE bags and cardboard 😆 Speaking from experience here, stock up on some portal seals and a couple gears. Looks like fun! If I'm ever in Idaho with some toys we'll have to do some wheeling.

29:12 I have fallen in love with the wago connectors for testing and prototyping and even diagnosing. I work on commercial cooking equipment so there are 24 volt systems but it also handles the high voltage stuff too, 480 volt.

I get that, but I'm pretty sure a C5 Corvette's motor makes around the same or maybe a bit less torque than the diesel did, I'd be more concerned about the transmission dealing with the input shaft spinning much faster than it was designed for and overheating. In your experience, would that be a notable concern?

When CADing the bolt pattern on the fuel tank. Take a photo straight on the pattern from as far ass possible (to get rid of distortion) then import to Fusion, calibrate size and make a sketch on the photo. Just one measurement required.

Ethan in his element and building the absolute coolest stuff he always had the desires to do, all thanks to this channel's viewers and Edwins incredible editing of Stevens perfect shots. It's been an absolute BLAST to watch this channel from the beginning to see where they started to what they are doing now. The future look SOOOOOOO fukkin cool for all these guys. Love to see how Ethans brain works and his skills to do just about anything he puts his mind too. And now that Padric is there alongside with his skillset, these guy are unstoppable! pro tip: if the part has irregularly spaced holes, you can stick it on a scanner with a ruler next to it. then import into fusion and scale to the ruler. you can then trace the holes you need

If you are going to do LS stuff, you can find them cheap out of SUVs and make changes to the top end to add HP to them on a budget to get a reliable engine for builds. It's the modern 350 V-8

Definitely supercharged in future over twin turbo. Don’t have to mess with the exhaust system you go with, plus instant torque on this thing will be much more useful. Plenty of power either way. And then the v8 isn’t muffled by turbo either! Do an X pipe in the exhaust setup with twin truck stacks up the side!

I noticed that you had some issues with the temporary wiring of the relay for the fuel pump. Here in Germany, we often use Wago 221 series connectors for short-term installations like this. They have levers that make it easy to open and close, ensuring a quick and secure connection for the wires. I’m not sure if they’re known in the US, but I can definitely recommend them.
