I need to correct. When I make my sandwich on my griddle what should I say my cast-iron griddle I do about the same That I I break the yolk on the bread so it’s soaks into the bread then I put it together. I also put an other piece of bread with an other egg and break that yolk to have the dressing on the sandwich but everything else is the same and I wrap it in a bread bag but it’s so I keep all my juices together thank you very much and it was a delicious delicious sandwich and I was having them every morning
