Looks great. One quick tip. It works way better if you use rice that has been refrigerated. Day old or older rice stir fry’s up with a much better texture. Less mushy.

This brought back memories! My kids are 51 n 48! My grands range from 29 to 21! We used to cook together all the time! They especially loved the lake n that was where we went when they were with us! We sold the big house at the lake n our big house and downsized at the lake n on Pop's farm! A little sad but what good memories we have!

Stir-fry is a quick and easy meal to make, especially for a large group. I haven't made it in awhile and I think I'll have to to put it on my play list soon. Thanks for the video and GRIDDLE ON DUDE.

Love your recipe, I too prepared meals for my work week. You know exactly what was in the food. I was a police officer and I never ever ate something I did not watch being prepared.

Keep up the great work here! My daughter (7 years old) and I really enjoy watching your videos. I also have a 4 year old son, but he’s more into Rescue Bots, ha! The girl and I are the food video nuts. In this one I especially like how patient you are with your daughter when she helps you fill up the containers for the week… despite the mess you all make, you go with it so that she is a part of the processes. While I’m certain this is second nature to you, I personally need to work on it myself… allowing kids to help out regardless of the mess. Good Dad skills on your end, and reminding me to do the same. Great video! Thanks!

One question for you on grilling in the garage. I wondered about aerosolizing oils in the smoke. Have you found that there is a residue on things in your garage when you cook in there? Thanks.

Looks good. I've seen some griddle guys use Uncle Bens Ready Rice, right out of the bag onto the griddle. No pre cooking.

Subscribed a while back and still haven’t even got to town to see about a flat top griddle. But the funny thing is that I was doing a traditional stir fried rice in a wok tonight and was thinking about if it was possible to do it on a Blackstone. Checked out your channel tonight and presto! Karma. And you like leftovers…I’m long retired, but still like leftovers. Thought you we’re cooking for a platoon. Stay safe. L.

You've got to use some salt and pepper on that chicken when you cook it. And it won't hurt to add some ginger, onions and garlic.

My wife loves HER Blackstone. YEAH, I will not touch HER Blackstone. She does a lot of stir frying on it. Our favorite is Eggroll in a bowl. Yup, no wrapper.

I've asked you earlier as to the dimensions of your Blackstone. I have been researching the dynamics of a Blackstone and I am sold Been using a normal electric griddle but the size is too small. Please let me know the dimensions so I can find one in South Africa.
