I know an annoying minecraft mod : Wild Hunt. This mod makes it impossible to mine iron with a stone pickaxe, you need to craft a copper one, but getting copper gets more annoying since you get one nugget per ore block, same thing with iron, and you cant get diamonds from mining diamonds, you get diamond shards that you need to give to the dead god to get diamonds.

end remastered might be a better substitute for harder ender eyes plus, as it makes going to the end 10 times more annoying as you need to travel a lot, paired with harder further makes it neat

You forgot Spice of Life, which makes eating the same food in succession give you diminishing returns on hunger values.

Great video and it's really cool to see you grow so fast with only starting 3 months ago. Just letting you know tho, their is a minor visual glitch in the video with some pixels at the bottom being moved to the right a little bit. Other then that, great video!

When you said that improved mobs added the difficulty bar you were incorrect. The mod that ads difficulty over time is Majrusz's Progressive Difficulty
