Making Money On Youtube - Does This Make Me A Youtube Shill? How I Deal With Selling On Youtube

As a KZbin creator that makes money selling products on KZbin I often get hate, and get accused of being "a shill". So in this video I explain what the word "shill" actually means, and I go into full-disclosure mode about how I deal with manufacturers and resellers when making affiliate sales on KZbin. I also discuss why I (so far) have never done any paid-endorsements on my KZbin videos. I also explain why I always recommend that why, as a creator I always recommend that my viewers buy things on Amazon (preferably with my Amazon Affiliate links) instead of purchasing directly from manufacturer or reseller's websites - even when that means that I make a lower affiliate sales percentage.

Since I have been following Randy I have never seen him not give his honest opinion about a product he is talking about. Hell If anything he will point out all the things that are wrong and need to get fixed on a product and communicate that to the company and they usually will try and fix the issues he has pointed out. One thing is for sure he does not sugar coat anything for any manufacture to try and push there product on anyone. there actually needs to be more youtuber's like him.

First of all, one of the reasons I watch your channel, is to borrow (steal?) some of your comments to help me respond to "some people", that I encounter in day to day life. I speak sarcasm fluently, but your presentations are inspirational. Secondly, I knew nothing about two-way radios until I found your channel. I now own several quality units and enjoy them. You're not a shill. You're an influencer (which my Googles says it isn't even a word I digress). My 5th grade teacher told us 50 years ago something that has stayed with me. Bare with me... When I was given products to review I always found that I felt like I had to gloss over the negative. I felt like I had to be positive about it no matter what. I think free products create a conflict of interest because when you get something for free, there's this innate human instinct to reciprocate. Do you ever feel that way?
