The portability is nice. I have a solar array on my Suburban for charging a 100Ah battery, also charged by the alternator...powers my fridge and Starlink mini, among other things. But I sure can't carry my Suburban down the trail. The Star-Batt will fill a niche for some.

l The radio window reads as is , N0AA9 top an bottom reads GMRS1 on the othet radio ital rays top GMRS4 an bottom reads NOAA7 we can't get them to transmit.. , one of the radios won't go back to main screen when u push exit. An no green light .

I use PMR446 channels 9-16 in a similar "secret" way, because 99 percent of the cheapo walkie talkies only know the original 8 channels. 9-16 is barely ever used, I only ever heard amateurs on those.
