My local dump fee is around $150 a ton. Luckily where I live I can recycle paint and TVs/appliances for free. I have a 7x14 dump trailer with 2' sides (so 7ish yards) and I'm thinking $400 for a full trailer is the sweet spot. Shot myself in the foot on a job yesterday, $300 after tip with a full trailer, mostly fully truck bed, and I did a gnarly bush removal. I underestimated a lot going off the pics. Just got started like six weeks ago so I'm still learning a lot.

Brush removal is always something I over estimate. We just did a brush job the other day, I gave the guy a firm price on a 1/2 load (something I NEVER DO, but we had a time slot to fill) and. the job would up filling a full load. I knew it was gonna happen too lol. LIVE AND YOU LEARN

Where I am at in Texas TS Min - $20 (I think I can get it for $10 if I prove residence lmao) 1 Ton - $55 (This goes to $40 with residence) I'm going to be starting with a pickup, if I don't build up walls and stay at 3 yards I think I'll do $100-120 per truck load. If I get up to 7 yards probably just double the full load price and a $70 minimum. I'll be ABUSING the pickup until I get some proof of concept and buy a dump trailer or finance a dump truck. I have also considered one of those dump bed conversion kits for a pick up that are like $500-1000 but I'm not sure I trust it. You got any advice on anything ?
