The song is so deep “It’s getting dark on here” “it’s getting dark in here” all show that something is wrong “im wearing socks and I stepped In a wet spot” shows that they know what happened wet socks “I try to turn on the lights, I can’t do it alone even though in 25” is not being able to fix the problem them self and being ashamed of needing help “I guess I’ll be a nightlight” is them looking for a temporary fix the next random sounding lines are them trying random things to fix it and still failing “someone turn on the lights” is them asking for help, coming to terms that they need help. The crying is letting it out, freeing them self from the trauma caused by wet socks. “Thank you for listening to this” is them thanking you for listening to their rant. But idk I may be thinking to hard
