Hey Natalia, don't know if you'll see this but I've been following you for more than a year now, I'm pretty sure I've watch 95% of your videos. If you want and care about your brand being inclusive in sizes you need to advertise that. All the shows you've done, the social media marketing have portrayed small sizes, so obviously us L/XL girls aren't gonna look at your page or websites more because your not representing. Simply put, I think you need to do better with marketing for larger sizes.

Hi! I’ve talked about it before but I don’t have the budget or resources to do that yet. My dress forms are all smaller sizes (because they are my size and I am my own fit model) and I don’t have the budget to invest in a larger size yet, so for fashion shows, it’s hard for me to make bigger clothing without being able to fit it to someone. Additionally, all the shows I’ve done have been organized by someone else meaning I didn’t have a say in the models chosen - I saw the models the day of the show. You can see in my videos that 1) I’m my own model 99% of the time and 2) I fit the clothes to myself to make sure it fits right. Since everything is made to order, it’s most cost-efficient for me to make myself a sample to my size and advertise that than to make a bunch of other sizes for a photoshoot because my fabric is limited and it costs me a lot of time. Simply put, I’m one person and can only do so much. I’m doing my best and I’ve had plenty of L/XL orders come in. I appreciate the feedback, but I hope you understand where I’m coming from!

Werid quostion. You sade that you dont really get orders over medium, have you thout why? I love your clothing, but I can also see that as a person with bigger hips i get sceard off ordering online bc they propebly wont fit the same on me as it did on the moddel. And that wont really make me feel confterbal. So mabye people that are an L has a bigger cheast and feels like they wont fit? And same with bottons?

I do get orders over medium (I think my highest was a 4XL), I just said I don’t get that many. Everything is made to order so things always fit as long as people give me correct measurements. It’s not in my budget to make a bunch of clothing for a huge photoshoot with different body types, which is why I model everything myself.

When I heard your comment about not having many plus-sized people buying I remembered looking at your store and noted you only had one plus-size model in one photo by herself, I went over to your shop with my plus-sized friend to try and give some proper ideas for you to grow and she noted it didn't seem very inviting for her size even with the one model in your store, maybe a small investment would be hiring more plus sized models for more pictures, even maybe make your shop 50/50 your size models and plus size models to make it seem more inviting. An example would be Cider which has an entire tab dedicated to plus size models wearing their clothes and seem very inviting for someone like my friend :) Just some buisness ideas from one owner to another

Hi! I appreciate the feedback! Honestly, I don't feel 100% comfortable marketing myself fully to the plus size community until I've had a bit more experience with it! I can do it on a case by case basis, but I don't know if I'm skilled enough to do it on a bigger scale just yet, which is why I haven't made that investment. But thank you so much for the feedback!
