I've used your service a multitude of times for some (quite large through-hole DIP) boards. Always decent process stage updates, packing, and boards tested properly. You compete with OSH well(and cut the boards far better), and my next step is to try your assembly service (once I'm not such a noob at BOMs). Your proactive UK customer support is also appreciated(this may have been an amusing conversation for them! :)). You're my preferred board house. 73's, Ian H

@@babydove More layers can have different reasons but are always linked to the design of the electronics and thus the resulting layout made by the designer. Complex circuits require more tracks and thus at some point more layers and yes also electro magnetic behaviour will require the use of planes in the PCB which results into more layers. Processes have not shown in order. Thus it seems more complicated but in real does not. They try to make magic in order to impressive us.
@eurocircuits5 жыл бұрын
Eurocircuits has no ambition of creating magic. Making boards is already complex enough. Our ambition is to make good boards and to inform designers on how it is done. Everything is shown in the correct order and how it is done in real life. All customers, electronic designers and electronics students are always welcome to visit our factories in Hungary and Germany. We also have our own online TV channel with more detailed information on PCB technology: www.eurocircuits.tv And if we should be able to impress anyone with this, than that would be a nice reward for our work, but not our fist goal.

I like your material coding but why you coding material and how your tracking this coding also if you do Multi layer press the coding cover what you will do for tracking if the coding not appear.
@eurocircuits4 жыл бұрын
Coding is done on the inner layers and after pressing again on the stack. All machines can read the pinned code. Full traceability on production panel level is therefore in place. Thanks.

Designing boards is indeed a very important and complicated task. The quality of any board or end product carrying this board depends on the quality of the design. But making a good design is not possible without knowledge of how boards are made. Any digital design must be physically made at some point in time and therefore knowing the limits of what can be done is needed. It is our goal to help designers to acquire as much of this knowledge as possible by informing them of manufacturing techniques and constrains. www.eurocircuits.tv

If you are that much hi-tech Hi-QA fair prices then why do I still see many of KZbinrs makers are interesting to promote Chinese PCB factories all time to do their prototypes ???
@eurocircuits4 жыл бұрын
We cannot answer this for the KZbin content makers but the fact that we do not pay them will play an important role :-)
@ahmedalshalchi4 жыл бұрын
Eurocircuits .... If the marketing business needs to do that payment to gain customers and be market dominant then why not paying them ??.... This is business..... By the way , most of those KZbin makers are not getting paid but they have credits or discounts for their promotions and no down payment.... To be more honest with you, your way of business flow and cost make such small businesses fly away to China which welcome every cent no matter what or how to gain it and this lead by time to make that Chinese name a big name and market leader.... I wish humbly that you could listen and change a bit to deal with such competition level and not always thinking of big fat customers and orders ,,,, but Europeans keep deaf for advises ...
@eurocircuits4 жыл бұрын
@@ahmedalshalchi For 30 years already, Eurocircuits has searched for ways to drive the price down for PCBs and now Assembly of PBCs, prototypes and smalle series and thus have shaped the market in Europe. With 12.000 yearly active customers in Europe we can state that most of them are not "FAT" as you call some of them. We are indeed humble and welcome every customer even with one single order, as we have always done. And we invest tons of Euros in free tools to help the electronics designer to make his protos "Right First Time" which saves time and money. We doubt fair costs are the reason for the fears Asian competition. The absence of a level playing field is or do you really believe that 2$ for 10 PCBs is a realistic price? These days even 0$ can be achieved, you just pay the transport. In Europe, we do not fight with the same weapons and we are not subsidised neither. We have published about this on various occasions but we have the impression that only few people want to see the real reasons for the differences. Here are some articles: www.eurocircuits.com/blog/reaction-on-some-extreme-chinese-prices/ www.eurocircuits.com/blog/european-electronics-industrys-addiction-to-chinese-supply-is-dangerous/

@@ahmedalshalchi 1. Sorry these methods are not known to us here in Europe. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do apologise, but our explicit focus is on the European market which does not mean we won't help others as well with our PCB service. www.eurocircuits.com/payment-methods/ 2. We have a live chat on our website, eurocircuits.com and are always happy to help via any communication method (although this one via KZbin is not our usual method and is not monitored by our customer service neither). Apart from that, eurocircuits.com is probably one of the best lexicons on PCB technology and free to use as are our online tools which are available as soon as you have a customer account which of course is also free to make one.
