The Met Gala is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in NYC. The night signifies the grand opening of the Costume Institute's annual fashion exhibit. This years exhibit is fascinating and beautiful, if you're in NYC you must check it out.

It is well cut, clean, elegant and charmingly minimalistic. That whole look was just fabolous. I love geometry in evening gowns, because it takes a lot of skill. The same with embroidery.

It's a perfect design for a wedding ensemble. Even through the wedding then revealing the bottom layer at the reception. A perfect metaphor for a successful marriage - keep it clean to others - keep the fox for private encounters. ox
