Gordon is pretty much a kid here! i cant believe this whole series filmed during lockdown gosh 2yrs. Now he is hitting puberty with deep voice. please finish it until the end. Daniel Radcliffe maintained to be 12yrs boy the whole time in harry potter.

I love the fact that they kept the Blue Spirit scene accurate 1 to 1, with an awesome scene with Zuko and Aang talking. This scene and the Katara vs Zuko scene I was looking forward seeing the most. Unfortunately, there was no "You rise with the Moon, I rise with the Sun" moment, but we still got our fight.

Literally love this live action so much, when I first heard about it I thought it wouldn’t be accurate. But I was wrong they got everything on point, the cast fit the atla characters so well as if they were destined for that role. it's called The Volume. it's made by (or in association with) Epic Games, the guys that do Unreal Engine. shows like The Mandalorian have been filmed in it. the biggest benefits are correct lighting of a scene, less compositing nightmare and the ability to do backgrounds and vfx directly in-camera. pretty neat, right?

The earthbending in episode 1 looked amazing, less so with Boomie doing it, it just seemed too cgi. I could imagine moonbending or cometbending as a version of earthbending, heck I'd reckon the Avatar could sunbend if he put his mind to it.
