I just saw the movie, and I’m on a Cruella marathon right now! Emma Stone murdered that performance, the nods to both 101 Dalmatians and the 70s Punk scene in London were top notch, and I hope it deserves all the awards and accolades. Emma Stone included!

she likely got paid as an background extra. one word alone doesn't count enough for an actor upgrade unless they were feeling uncharacteristically generous.

@@FablestoneSeries yes of course. They all got paid as extras and directors has authority to cut of scene they feel is unneeded but in the point of view of that woman who would have been eager to see herself on the screen atleast one 💔 breaks my heart
@FablestoneSeries3 жыл бұрын
@@chrizmae9075 I do background work for a living. I'm saying that she likely wasn't given a line at all. She likely didn't audition for the part. She is almost certainly a random background actor who was politely asked to say one word. The production can get away with not giving the person screen credit or an actor upgrade if all they do is say one word. Unless the actor's agent made a fuss about it and tried to argue that that one word was somehow essential to the story, or the production was feeling uncharacteristically generous this woman most likely got paid minimum wage and received no screen credit. She is probably just grateful for the attention she did get.

I mean i loved the film but this Cruella is no villian, she a bit rough, shes no hero but she not a villian...they should never of called her Cruella, otherwise its a great film about a poor unfortunate girl that gets, not revenge but justice for her mother. Only villainous thing she does is ruin some parties and take her friends for granted..maybe kindergarten level of villian..the Baroness or new Cruella she is a pure evil villian, a true dispicable character..
@alessa8433 жыл бұрын
they literally explained how she's getting more and more twisted as she gets older. this is just here origin story. there's another 25 years for her to get even more twisted between this movie and the glenn close movie
@a.c.e.-63163 жыл бұрын
@@alessa843 yeah, but that's kind of sad to think about: she tried so hard to be a good person and it's sad to realize she will eventually become just like her birth mother: going from a brilliant designer to a silly, pityable woman who is obsessed with nothing but the idea of skinning dogs for a coat. But we could also see this movie as taking place in an AU.
@rolandreyna2152 жыл бұрын
The fashion industry became her obsession. It consumed her life. If you remember,bthe devil wears Prada, Ann Hathaway character saw what fame does to you in fashion industry. She nearly lost her best friend, chose to take a different road. Cruella lost her best friends. And probably her birth mother's butler, who was like a father figure. Then she lost her identity and all cares in the world. Maybe the Dalmatians will open her eyes again to what she had before.
