Making of Sheik's Harp

I actually plan on Cosplaying as Shiek because he/she is one of my personal favorite characters plus I have a theory on his/ her lyre considering it looks A LOT like skyward sword Zelda's harp.

Lost Ones soul the reason why it looks just like the skyward swords lyre looks like Shiek's is because in the story line skyward sword is where the storyline starts so the harp from skyward sword was passed down from one generation of the goddess to the next and the goddess's decendent just so happened to be Zelda and it was passed down to her then Zelda had it passed down to the next decendent of the goddess and every generation of the decendent was somehow named Zelda. The harp was one of the goddesses powerful instruments. If you think about it like the Assassin's Creed franchise theres multiple pieces of Eden which some of them are the Apple of Eden, the Sword of Eden, and the Staff of Eden if my theory is correct then the fundamentals about the different types of instuments throughout the Zelda franchise works the same way I think that because the harp is an instrument the goddess created but what about the instruments such as the ocarina from ocarina of time and majoras mask and the flute from Spirit Tracks? How do those instruments get their powers? There would be one explenaition so far which would be that the goddess or some of her servents created them many milenias before the events of Skyward Sword. By the way sorry that this is extremely long.

Hi! We added a material list and basic instructions on the video description. This is one of our first tutorials (or more like a making of, since there's not much explanation) so that's why it can be a little confusing. Hope it helps :) success!

What kind of wood did you use? And you can actually play this correct?

+Cameo Shadowness I'm not home at the moment to measure it, but my estimation is around 50cm wide. It depends a little on how tall you are yourself. We tried to make it match relatively, just like on Sheik.

They are not real strings, just nylon cords

+Tyrell Jansseune That's not a stupid question :) it's a thick nylon. I advise using something ticker if you're gonna make it, because this nylon doesn't appear so well on photos.
