Thank you so much! I built the first swords without wood, I used only the pipe core construction and f.e. worblasheets to stabilize everything! You can build the handle without wood, too, maybe with a pvc pipe or jsut something sturdy as a core and wrapped in more foam.

Main material is foam! :) The core is an aluminium rod.
