Making our adult son hunt for his Easter Basket | Was it fun or torture? You decide!

Happy Easter from Vero Beach, Florida. We decided to recreate the Easter Basket hunts of my (KJ) childhood and Piers' as well. We haven't done it for a few years, but this year we created clues that Piers had to find hidden all over the house until he finally is led to his Easter Basket. The ones from my childhood were written by my Dad and they were rhymes and poems and it took us much longer than today's hunt. This was like a mini-version of the traditional search of our childhoods. What do you think? Was it fun or torture for Piers, now that he is 28 years old?

Our son Piers has dyslexia and there are a lot of sublties of dyslexia that are not really known. People think it's just the classic reversing numbers and there is so much more. Sunrise service sounds beautiful. I hope you enjoyed your time with your family 💞

That was adorable. I made my adult children; 46, 43 and their children 22 year old twins and 11 and 9 do the same thing. I had each going in their own direction with their own set of clues - so they were criss-crossing one another in the hunt which made it all the more fun for them. They had a blast!!!! Thanks for sharing that you guys!

Hi Gill! So nice to hear from you. Happy Easter to you and Flora ❤️ We really love this house. It is so peaceful here. We live on a golf course, and I love watching the golf carts go by and the people playing (we don't play...lol). The only downside is an occasional golf ball that hits the house, but no broken windows so far 🤞🙏🙌 Abd during the summer, when it's not season, it's delightfully quiet and serene 🧘‍♀️

I wish....lol!! No, the freezer. Tony is addicted to buying multiples of things he likes and his latest obsession are these Hagen Daz ice cream cones. They were on sale recently and he bought enough to fill the entire freezer. Piers knew right away what I was referring to...lol
