I'm loving the living room Reno vlogs, don't go killing yourself to make festive vlogs because I'm sure I speak for alot of people when i say its so nice just to see normality, and normality is sanding the floor weeks before Christmas or painting the walls because you just want it done before Christmas. Floors look great. I made that same mistake with sandpaper on my stairs. Starting with 80 grit is definitely the way to go. Thanks for the inspiration, I did end up painting my skirting boards yesterday ❤️✨

My mom could freehand like no one I've ever seen, but I've never been able to. Shaky hands. The trick with painter's tape is to seal the edge with a thin layer of caulk and then paint over that. My brother-in-law showed me that trick, and I get a perfect line every time.
