They're a lot better than he or many would make them out to be but only if you get a good location. My Papa Johns near me in particular I've seen making the dough or the pizza hut near my cousin always has better crust than the one near me. I've heard of and had wildly different products from the same chains and I believe it can even change based on who's in making the food. I think the best experience is usually in a city but not in a major city.

I’d like to thank you for this video, josh. Instead of going on orange chicken, I decided to make my own style of what I call, honey bbq garlic chicken. The sauce took a while but at the end, I made 3 batches of chicken and they’re all gone. My opinion 8/10. Would be much better if I had some better ingredients from scratch but I’m happy overall. I made this tonight for friends, got every ingredient Josh listed. Prep all ingredients to save time. It turned out very well. Definitely better than Panda Express. I’m not a fan of thighs so I used chicken breasts. Always make sure to use thermometer to check internal temperature. Now for the sauce: reduction of liquid is key for thicker sauce. Once cooled add the slurry of corn starch & water to get it just right. Great recipe!, thank you Joshua.

Josh, I've tried several recipes for Orange Chicken, and this one is the best. Hands down! First time my chicken has come out crispy. The sauce has a nice orange flavor (as expected), but not quite as much spice as would have liked. I think Thai Peppers might do it for me next time. Now for a little bit of a critique. You're speaking really fast. Makes it a bit difficult to follow. Lots of rewinding to catch the important parts.
