I love the sound of the eggs when Steve takes them out of the cornstarch and drops them into the sifter tray. That soft clicking sound is so satisfying to me. Love your vidyas and chocolates:)

I love the close ups of the eggs being covered in chocolate and when they are in the starch room... and of course the conversation is always comedic gold. I could watch the candy being hand coated for hours.

If the peanut butter chocolate is fragile, couldn't you strengthen it by dipping the whole thing in regular chocolate after? Not because double coating would be awesome. Just for structural integrity.
@anneirenej6 жыл бұрын
And there i was thinking how awesome these would be with a chocolate coating over the peanut butter coating. Even though i know just the peanut butter coating alone is superb.
@mikeh77086 жыл бұрын

Id love to try those. My grandmother made homemade fudge, burt caramel, devinity, and lots of other candies. She always used Skippy peanut butter. I asked her why and she said it's made in Arkansas and I was born, raised, and still live in the same town I was born in. Your mom and dad should try it one time. Give me a shout out if you don't mind. I live in Stephens, Arkansas

I heard it as lungs at first too but I think he actually said "lens" and the response was similarly about starch not getting inside the lens, just on the outside.

So, I have watched a few videos from Hercules. And this question came up for me... In the bigger picture which one of you is Willy Wonka and which one or ones of you Are the Oompa Loompas? This may not be an easy question to answer. Depending who answers it. Also, love watching your videos. Just gives me a peek into the candy world. I worked for a fudge company on Mackinac Island. So that is my only exposure to the candy world. Thank you for what you're doing.
