I canned pickles for the first time this year and it was so simple! I think I like spears the best, but I guess it depends on what you're eating it with. I always enjoy watching you and Claire in the kitchen and this time y'all had some extra help. Payslee is adorable!

Claire has been making the pickles this year. I still have a bunch from last year. Miss P likes to "help"

@@oatherslegacyfarm I love that she is learning and wanting to learn and it's something she can pass down to Miss P 😊 She was trying to help...give her a few more years and I bet she's going to be a great helper and an amazing cook!

Try to make lemon pickle...... Easy vitamin C with essential oils of lemon peels.

Interesting. Do you have a recipe?
@soumitramanna2730Ай бұрын
@@oatherslegacyfarm it is really simple.... Cut the lemon into 8 pieces, keep them inside the jar add salt, mustard oil, turmeric powder, chilli powder. And keep the glass jar on sunlight every day for 4 hrs for 1 week. That's all. Of course the pickle is preservative free. No need to add any kind of vinegar. At first you can try with only 2 lemons.
