In this video I'm talking all about my experience encapsulating my placenta during a PANDEMIC.
I’ll be sharing some footage on the placenta encapsulation process and my experience taking the capsules, both the pros and cons. I’ll touch on just how much it cost, whether I thought it was worth it, the benefits I found and how it all works. If you're thinking about placenta encapsulation, watch this video before you do it!
‣ I got about 100 capsules from my placenta. I started off taking just one capsule a day and later began taking 2 a day along with my postnatal vitamins.
‣ I steamed my placenta before dehydrating
‣ When defrosting the placenta, I let it defrost in the refrigerator. You should not use heat to defrost or allow it to sit on the counter. The refrigerator is the best way (FYI: it'll take quite some time to defrost).
‣ I delivered on 08/13/20 and defrosted my placenta on 08/20/20
‣ The main benefit of placenta encapsulation in my experience was the increase in milk supply.

Greetings from California i am having my baby in some days and i am paying for a company to do mines. Because where i am having my baby they pick it up from hospital and by the time u get out hospital it should be in the mailbox. I can't wait to try this and i hear that if u don't keep it the hospital so does???? Wonder what there doing with it we will never no the truth.
