I’m trying to get my step daughter and nephews interested in bait making to keep them out of trouble. Also spend time with them as well we are collecting a few molds. I remember in your other video you mentioned about all the time sacrifices. I call my step daughter s my daughters cause I raised them. I am hoping to get my daughter fully interested in this hobby. I’m hoping the colors and the direction results of a successful pour or injection will encourage her. These snakes are awesome I want to order some

I'd love to order some of those. My dad would love them. And they might be great baits in FL. He lives on a nice lake that just a few people fish. He caught a 14lb bass there on a bluegill. And there are definitely snakes around. I can see a huge bass chewing on a rattler. I have rattles called Battle Rattles fron Salt Strong that can go in any soft plastic. But they're tiny. Those that you used are huge compared to them.

Ive tried this in the past with rattles. My problem was the rattles blowing out the back on the cast because of the weight. Have you had a chance to fish them? Wondering if you had the same problem?

I was wondering how you would fish this. It seems to me that this would be best fished weightless, assuming you used a pretty good floating Plastisol. BTW, I drove through Tallahassee on Friday and saw a lot of the damage you were talking about, especially on US-27 east of the city. Pretty wild stuff. Glad you are unharmed and praying for those who were more affected.

What's up brother... I was wondering if you can be hired for consultations? I am stuck like chuck on my next move with a bait/ bait mod that I have invented. I have a patent and am currently trying to draw a mold design. I am at this by myself and a full time single father and metal worker. I was full steam ahead for the past 3 years and 6 years total on it, but now I am stuck. The past year+ I have been doing the proof of concept and everyone loves it. Thanks for your time either way Sir. PYAAAAAAAAAAH! -WMW

I do not think most people that dislike snakes would argue their place in the ecosystem. Does not mean they need to be hugged and played with like a puppy though. Some things should be left to nature. The only people that should ever be messing with them, and especially the venomous ones are trained professionals extracting venom for anti-venom or re-locating them from dangerous areas. Period.
