i wouldn't pay extra for a HDB that has so many walls knocked down and so many drillings etc. i rather pay normal price for a HDB that has none of these hyped up interior designs.

the owners don't have large amount of cash and salary, that's why they can only afford 3 room BTO as BTO got income cap. that little cash of theirs remaining they spend on the useless interior design...lol.

50 year old, still BTO only... please lah auntie... you save a bit more and work harder during your younger days, you can get condo already because of the interest you would have earned for 30 years... -_-
