Recently, I bought a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and made salt bread as soon as it was delivered to my house! Salt bread is really hot these days. ♨️
It's not as hard as I thought, and the bread is really good and good. 🥰
I ate all 10 of them the day after I made it, so I made it right away 🙈
Oh, and a few weeks ago, I couldn't upload a video for about two weeks because of my baking test
The result of the test was a failure
I took the baking test again recently and got a pass Ta-da! 💚

Ingredients required: Strong flour, T55 (French flour), plain flour, skimmed milk powder, unsalted butter, sugar, salt, dry yeast, water, pearl salt
1. Put 260g of strong flour, 130g of T55 (France), 12g of plain flour, and 16g of skimmed milk powder in a mixing bowl. Dig holes so that sugar 32g, salt 8g, and yeast 6g do not touch each other and cover with flour. Add 230g of water.
2. used the level 1 until the butter came loose, and then I changed it to the level 4. (About 15 minutes in total.)
3. Turn it to the first stage until the butter is released, then change it to the fourth stage and turn it for about 10 to 15 minutes.
4. First ferment 50 minutes, and during fermentation, make 10g of unsalted butter into a long shape and put it in the freezer.
5. After the first fermentation, divide the dough into 72g pieces and circle them, and proceed with 20 minutes of intermediate fermentation.
6. When the intermediate fermentation is over, preform the dough into a tadpole shape.
7. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and make it narrower at the bottom.
8. Take out the butter stored in the freezer, put it on top of the dough, and roll it.
9. 9. Second fermentation is done for 50 minutes, and after fermentation, sprinkle pearl salt on the dough.
10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
