My great-grandmother used her hands, my grandmother used her hands, my momma uses her hands and so do I. If there was anything wrong with mixing things with your hands I think it would have become apparent to us by now. None of us was ever made sick and we always had and have wonderful meals. My, my Resa, that seafood salad looks so good. Honey only a true cook knows what and how to use their hands. My father was and executive chef for 35 plus yrs, so sweetie pie your hands are perfect! That amount the hand is far more delicate than a spoon. The spoon would make it into mush. When I go pasta version I like that vege mix corkscrew pasta and a italian or greek oil and red wine vinegar salad dressing with some parm cheese. I like a sprinkle with those Durkee fried onion bits.

Hi, your video came on my feed and thank goodness for it! I made this salad with leftover seafood I had ordered from a restaurant (for my son's birthday party) , I couldn't eat the leftovers (I'm a vegetarian and do not do seafood) so I desperately needed to use it up! I couldn't throw away the food cause it was so expensive too 😒 it came out so yummy! I didn't add relish but the rest of the seasonings. Thank you for sharing your your recipe 💖💐
