I've had back issues for 10 years and Listening to Peter helped me immediately by not tensing up and holding my breath when moving if I just breath and relax and be posative I'm amazed, the brain is a powerful thing you just have to take control.

There's a lot of great things about Professor. O' Sullivan sharing this information, but one of my favourite things is that it flys in the face of money making at the expense of peoples sense of wellbeing. There's a lot of money to be made in convincing people that they're damaged and pretending to fix them, knowing they're going to keep coming back and giving you their money, Peter is doing the exact opposite. Giving people real information that will drastically help a lot of people and it's all free on youtube. I'm sure he can also offer some great services for a price too, but a man's gotta earn his keep and i'll bet that whatever he does charge for is absolutely top notch in terms of efficacy and trustworthyness.

Prof O'Sullivan, watching your presentation was a revelation to my perception of my pain from multiple-joint osteoarthritis. I have written to the physio who I was referred to and suggested that this be shown even before the GP refers the patient onwards for MRI etc.

Great presentation. Real shame one of the questioners kept interrupting the key part of lots of answers so we never got to hear the conclusion of the previous question

Does this dude have idea on what he's talking about? The outcome of this presentation is: chill out, get well sleep and think positive and get back to bending and the pain won't come back? Wtf? Also at the beginning he said he will examine sense of working out core in order to get rid of pain, but he didn't got back to that. Seriously, wtf xd i didn't get something or what?
