MAKING : Star Wars- Moving Darth Vader’s Force FX Lightsaber in Stop Motion

Darth Vader tries to tame AT-AT with a ball. However, AT-AT takes Darth Vader’s lightsaber and goes crazy with it.
🎪𝔼𝕡𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕕𝕖 - - -
Darth Vader’s cloak was made of cloth with metal, so I was able to keep the shape.
In every stop motion shoot, the way to adjust the dolls are very important. By pinning the place you don’t want it to move, you can shoot efficiently.
I pinned the cloak with tape where it’s off camera.
The lightsaber’s glow is artificial. I also used a red light as the lightsaber’s reflection. It added realness to the light.

Increíbles tus trabajos, la idea, la puesta en escena, el procesamiento de imágenes.. solo un detalle en este vídeo que pudo ser mejor, evitar que Vader se quede estático viendo su cinturón mientras pasaba corriendo el Truper a su lado, lo lógico era que lo regresará a ver o al menos que siga moviéndose buscando su sable láser.
