I originally saw this when it first premiered in 2000/2001. I only understood what was going on from face value. 10 years into the business world, just wow. Lou Pearlman blatantly lied of the accounting “mishap” and decisions made “without him”. Jacob nailed it. No decision gets approved without his supervision or his review. No CEO ever would ever let an investment or project make a major decision, in this case cut funding/per-diem/covering expenses for the group, without his or her supervision. Lou’s colleagues took the blame, but the decision does not seem plausible without CEO approval. Lou’s approval to cut funding.

O-Town got ripped off royally. I wonder if they could do it all again if they would sign the contract or walk away?
