Even the producer... everyone singing with that trendy nasal 00’s tone 🤣🤣🤣 I remember all the boy bands used to sing with the nasal breathy sound. Literally trying to sound like Justin Timberlake and a male version of Britney. Poor Trevor, they made him sing with that thin pitchy sound too 🤷🏻‍♂️ He was a great dark raspy voice today by the way 👌🏼

Eric has potential but he's always off pitch lol I think Dan is the best singer in the band. I still am dumb founded that he wasn't picked as the top 8. If this happened now and how woke and sensitive our society is today, this show would get so much shit. As the top 8 was all white boys, one who had mixed asian hawaiian descent but looked straight white boy, one half black, one full black, and one full asian. One of the white boys quit so it left them with 7. And the two people that were cut was the full asian and black guys. So essentially they cut anyone that wasn't white or half white. Remember though this was 1999/2000 when the world was very different. But like I said if this happened now they would get so much shit and called racist. But the reason why I originally wrote this post was Dan. I believe he's a baritone? But he has the best voice and can really belt it. I definitely consider him the JC of the group as he's the best vocalist and one of the best dancers in the group so just all over a good performer. It drives me nuts they cut him it doesn't make sense as he has the full package. I personally think he's the best looking but that's subjective.

@@shuntley23 Every word you said is right. But that's how entertainment is alot of the time, they will sprinkle a little ethnicity in it, but not too much. Add a black or Asian person in the group and suddenly it becomes an "interracial" group instead of just a group. They chose to keep it white. Dan is the only person I would label a good singer from the final lineup of the group. The rest of the guys aren't very impressive. Dan has that powerful church sounding voice. He had the potential to become almost as good as JC, but this group was too rushed. They were nowhere near as good as Nsync or Backstreet Boys.
