This was quiteeee the workout making this batch of pasta! Excited to roll it out today and then cook it up and distribute it around Pittsburgh to different shelters and charities that can get some food to those who need it!

Making homemade pasta isn't as hard as i thought it would be. He makes it so simple. I'm definitely going to try it. One with the egg yolk and one without the yolks.

@@dalton1824 The US has orange egg yolks lol. Just depends on where the eggs are sourced. It all comes down to the diet of the hens. Other than the color the taste and nutritional value are the same as the yellow eggs. Orange just looks nicer.

I’m too lazy to are the dough by hand so I use my kitchen as mixer then knead the dough for 12 minutes. God bless you for doing it all by hand

If having trouble finding places to donate all that dough and egg whites. Freeze them and send to all different kinds of places, donate to jails, churches maybe, soup kitchens, half way homes, meals on wheels, troubled youth programs (you know how thrilled those kids would be if a youtuber donated them a meal?) OH it would make a huuuuuge impact and give them inspiration. But the point being there's more than homeless shelters and soup kitchens. You could even just do a massive cookout for a blood drive of donatio/ fundraiser thing could have an entire pasta cook-off like a Chilli cook-off but pastas haha and you can be a separate attraction off all day making a huuuuuuuuuuuuge batch of pasta and cooking it and giving it out or something.

Because the hens were probably treated better than the ones you know or it is because of the breed? That's what my parents told me, we have our own chickens and they also have darker yolks. I can be wrong.

@@any14817 My sister has a bunch of hens but their eggs aren't nearly that orange. Maybe people lean too much towards the color of something to be an indicators of health. It's probably partially because they are healthier, but also the particular diet they get might just make the eggs more orange in general. They could be reaching the same level of health with other foods that wouldn't make their yoke super orange. Maybe Happy Eggs just knows that people look for the color so they give them healthy food that also makes the yoke more orange.
