1: Have a plan. Doubling or tripling back is frustrating. 2: Utilize signature services for creators that you do not have to see in person. Normally they will charge you 15 - 20 bucks to stand in line. 3: Bring bottled water & a phone quick charger. 4: Plan on something big enough & sturdy enough to protect what you buy. 5: Lastly break up your day. Plan your panels, autographs, and purchasing accordingly. No need to lug around purchases to everything all day. You can either stash them in a locker on site or wait before leaving. Doing all this helps reduce the stress and increase the fun.

The Yankee fitted is a must at all times. But not the timbs. (Insert T-Pain Timberland rant here) lol

Is Hot inside so no timbs cause the standing and walking isn’t it and fit it if you don’t get hot fast

Everybody's got different tastes and values, but if you're spending all weekend standing in line, that sounds like a bad weekend to me. Also, telling single people to offer that cutie a hot dog? I see you Kicks, you ain't slick

What harm could it do, tho? My take is that if you are looking to make personal connections at a con, the best idea would be to compliment someone on their costume (if they are wearing one) or make a comment (not a disparaging one) about something they are buying or looking at.

How much do writers/artists like Jim Lee or Mark Waid charge for signatures?
@comicsaredope2 жыл бұрын
that's a good question. I haven't seen their pricing online. When I met John Romita Jr this summer, it was $20 per raw signature.

@@comicsaredope I had a some what decent time at NYCC. But I brought down a few comics to get autographed *8 in total* and a few artists didn't show up or some other ones wanted 15 dollars to get something signed.
