You've come a long way and the best part is the focus on your health. You are way too young and talented to have your creative nature get cut short from dangerous sawdust. We really enjoy what you come up with and hope you enjoy a very long life of doing it.

As a blacksmith, I have to say that's a really slick design that harkens back to the olden days when tools were designed with a bit of flair. My carpentry skills are about typical for what you might think an ironworker'd have. I can cut a piece of wood three times and it'll still be too short! That said, I'm very impressed with this design and could see it being useful around the smithy. I particularly like that you only need one horse when working with short pieces.... because I tend to work only with short pieces of wood.

Wow. Super impressive design. I get the whole needing 2 saw horses thing. These are so practical. The adjustable center is nice along with the hose clamp. They make a Quick Release clip lock thing. I much like the white paint. It looks old and will look better over time as wood tends to get dirty and stays dirty yet white paint can be dusted and cleaned better than raw wood. The 1.5 inch dowel thing was quite cool. I also love the table saw trick too. Been super busy the last few days and just got on YT to find a great video!

Very nice. Nice to see some very creative uses of hole saws. The Stanley 170713 saw horses, that appear in your video, are (IMO) the best saw horse for using on job sites where you are setting up daily. Levelling up a platform between two sawhorses on uneven and sloping ground can be a problem. I used to make up work platforms from construction timber in this case, but with the price of wood now this is cost effective. It did make me consider whether something similar to your design,, but with three legs, might be good. Keep up the good work.

If you get around to this. Could you make a wing divider mesuring tool to mesure rods, feet and inches. There is a part in the middle that can adjust measurements looks like one of those old wood baby gates. You set the measurement between 2 points and then count as you walk. We have made them using metal and wood. I have walked over 100 miles using one. While the ones we made were not pretty and just functioned. There is one in a restaurant that is a long drive from where I am now, I do wish I had taken a photo of it when we ate there last. It looks much like a wing divider.

You are a heckuva fabricator. You should pickup a welder at some point if you don't have access to one already and build these out of tubular steel. Great design.

Thank you! I've done a little welding and I'm definitely interested in doing more metal work, I just need a more dedicated space for it. Sparks and saw dust don't mix well, lol.

Your insistence on form over function amuses me The use of the pipe clamp is cool looking, huh? You replaced actual furniture with lawn ornaments & considerate it an upgrade The pipe clamp makes the diff There's no way in hell I'm working & placing cabinetry on those things I'm not even sawing a fine piece of lumber on those things Nope
