Only issue with Sajin is how would they do his bankai, his shikai is whatever cus its just the limbs, but the WHOLE Bankai? Idk how they'd make that work lol. Also mayuri would be on the list, it genuinely was a mistake I aint have him on here tbh.

The biggest problem with hypothesizing a bleach fighting game roster....is the captains and their lieutenants because you could make a case for everybody except Ukitake,Isane,Omaeda,Chojiro and Nanao Same with the Espada you can make a case for everyone..... except Aaroniero

If this game don't have at least 35 characters on launch its an L. Old bleach games with far less budget managed 27 and that only went up to soul society. Not sure senran kagura is comparable since the genre is completely different. This should have the highest roster of any non-sequel bleach game. I think you been too strict here. Other youtubers are unrealistic making 50 character rosters but 25 is too far the other way. If the roster is 25 hiyori ain't getting in. She ain't even getting in if the roster is 35. Hope i'm wrong but i think the only vizard to make it in base will be shinji. Captains and espada are too important. Maybe the story mode will be short and barebones but if your roster is correct they are skipping hella fights in the story mode.

I think with how expensive game development has gotten since the older Bleach games were a thing and since most games that dropped that aren't either DB or Storm have come out with smaller rosters than 25, I think its a decent spot for the base roster at most bump to 30 but even then I think its a stretch imo but we'll see. You can swap characters on my list out for others you think should be there (I encouraged people to my opinion isn't law lol) but with most the characters on this roster most the major fights with the group and that are important story wise is there, only ones missing are like kenpachi v kaname, shunsui v starrk, sajin v kaname, Soi fon v Barragan. Uryu v mayuri most likely gonna be there too so if I remade the list I'd swap hiyori for mayuri him not being here was purely accidental.

@@CodedProphecy Most anime don’t have the number of characters bleach does so a smaller roster works fine. Naruto and dbz are the exact games this should be compared to since they have comparable length and cast size. One piece burning blood launched with 37 characters not counting day 1 dlc/pre order bonus which is basically part of the base roster. The issue is all the fights you consider not important. Not necessarily disagreeing with that assessment but if the story only has the fights you consider important and is missing out the ones you listed there’s gonna be like 20 fights in the whole story. The entire first part of hueco mundo will be skipped over until Ichigo vs grimmjow. I don’t see how this game works if it doesn’t have more than 30 day 1. If not they should’ve gone with a different genre.

Generally the rule is the better the game is mechanically with balance in mind the smaller the roster. Bleach seems to be trying to balance the roster so I’d say it makes sense to say between 25-30 is realistic.

An actual good roster prediction for the characters. Unlike with some people. But I just HOPE they bring some bleach brave souls as skins that would be so good if they did. Like beyond Bankai skins, Ichigo with half his face covered by his Vasto lords mask. You know the one that got the horn chopped off by Ulquiorra, The Hogyoku espada’s, all that.

Roster slots should be reserved for characters who have had meaningful fights throughout the anime so they can be showcased in the story mode. I personally think the game should have 35-40 characters minimum then we could possibly get Orihime.

Yeah this roster is ass, Hyori and Yammy don't do enough to warrant making a 25 character roster. Barrigan and Stark make more sense. Also no Mayuri and we know he is fighting Uryu in the Soul Society portion of the story, also Tosen should be in the base roster which means Hisagi and Kamamura gotta be there for the story, the story is about all of Bleach not just Ichigo.

Sorry but if there is a 25 character roster then those slots have to be saved for people who have had major fights throught the story and Orihime and even Chad shouldn't be there on a roster that small. But we know Chad is for sure in the game so I can see the roster having at the least 35 characters.
