I don’t do 3d printing, probably never will because money reasons. But damn its awesome to see blitz in a different, less goofy setting than gaming.

Vibro blades were square originally due to ease of drawing. A latter in universe reason reason is that clone and trooper armored gloves makes the hands more squarve vs oval like our own. The extra plating etc so square handles and grips were easier for armored troops to wield than rounded ones.

I have always loved vibroblades, ever since I read the Republic Commando books. Which you should definately read if you haven't already. Love your content! Keep it up! Also: the electric lines are there for an EMP burst which helps disable droids. I like the desgin of the glow in the dark one, but the look of the square one.

just a tip I saw, somewhere but if you take your print and put it in a container with acetone-soaked paper towels for 10 or so minutes it makes it go smooth. like the fact that you even have this channel it feels so... you

i think the lines are for keeping it from overheating because it is not powered by kyber so it can over heat cause in games any thing thats not kyber smokes after you use it

Start with a few easy to print things to calibrate your printer. Then move into fun things. It's a great idea to understand your printer before you start getting into complex prints.

I think the ergonomic one is nicer. While I like the authenticity of the one from the show, I think the animated nature of the show is what makes the handle of the vibroblade more rectangular versus cylindrical, but I could be wrong on that. Either way, really cool 3D prints both ways! Keep up the great work!
