Yeah like Daniel Schiffer's stuff. Motion sickness inducing. Plus it's going to look so cheesy and cringey in five years. That stuff doesn't age well. Remember all the crazy transitions and graphics in 80's videos? Does anyone look at that trash fondly nowadays? Danny has a really cool style that will stand the test of time. He envisioned a video based on the song and artist intent. So good.

Fantastic video, really love how the final product turned out. Sometimes simple is best! You manage to create some of the most organic/filmic looks from your C200 that I've seen. Really like this. I'm shooting a small film for the first time and most is Static and some handheld for close up shots. There is no need to have the frame constantly moving, sometimes just a static emotive shot is all you need. Nice work !

im so thankful for this. with all the fancy camera movements and crazy transitions its so nice to see something thats more minimalist , simple yet very refined and honestly looks better cause it doesnt need any extra FLUFF to distract the viewer and allows them to enjoy the nice music . though then again, it feels like this style wont work for every music genre but that's up to creativity :)

First, the song is dope. I will definitively be checking out more of his work. Second, The video is art. Before your commentary, I noticed and enjoyed the locked off shots, the framing, and mood. Like you mentioned, younger filmmakers don’t do that often. Nothing wrong with movement and transitions, but there is something that feels pure about these types of videos. Awesome work bro.

DUDE! Loved the video man, like others have said it's super nice to see someone not overusing gimbals/rigs + using static shots instead. Really shows with good use of light, quirky compositions + beautiful grading amongst other things you can create something magical. Haven't been shooting video much (bit obsessed with film photography atm) + this has definitely inspired me to get back into video more

Great video! This is a 0$ budget project, there's not crew, huge decorations or any of that. People don't create because they don't have the money enough, but you can create great stuff with your camera and your friends (that's the point of the video, find the concept and create). You can even use things from home, you don't need to buy with a huge budget (you can even use a Nikon d90 and create something beautiful, do not limit because you don't have an expensive camera). I love the aspect ratio. As a new videographer I always have 16:9 in mind but this 4:3 just brings back that classic feel which is good for some content. Less movement really sell the video as well! Always need a gimbal to move around but I am open now to more than just a gimbal (tripod😅) nice video yow, I'm Definitely using this method for my next video.
