Your soap is beautiful! I'm wondering how the orange essential oil fragrance holds up over time, I've heard it fades. I really hope not because it's one of my favorite.

You probably won't even see this comment but I have a tip on getting through the cutting soap base. Use a mandolin. Mainstay has a multipurpose chopper. Once you do the initial slice. Put it in the mandolin to chop it into small pieces.

How many teaspoons or spoons for first,second and third layers?
@goldengoodies Жыл бұрын
Just decrease the amount with every layer. Start with 1 1/2 tablespoon, then a 1 tablespoon and for the top layer a 1/2 tablespoon because it should be the lightest if that’s what you’re going for.

Turmeric does stain, but this soap will not stain your skin. I’ve been using it for 5 years along with my customers. It’s made into a soap with other many ingredients the turmeric is just additive.
