Making Watch Dial for NH36A Movement Seiko Mod on CNC3020

Here is my next video of watch dial making for Seiko Mod. This watch is custom made for my good neighbour and friend son. He has 21st birthday celebration recently.
It based on NH36A Seiko movement, Samurai Style stainless steel case 43mm with aluminium chapter ring and custom made dial it self. Dial is 38mm diameter made of cupronickel and silver plated.

thanks for comment! I have CNC3020 with spindle 1.5kw. Purchased from China directly 2 years ago, you can check this video for details: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIW0qZaElNR0pdk Normally I use cupronickel blanks and sometime brass. Thickness depends on dial design, but mostly 0.7mm for dials 0.4...0.5mm thick and 1mm for thicker dials. I found cupronickel more stable for temperature deformations and overall more easy machining than brass when it comes to dials making.

Acetone removes superglue (and the paint) so heating makes most sense. But I wonder could you uses little underneath as it starts to lift. I have lots of questions as I just got a CNC for doing all types of parts for watches.

no particular brand, it has to be rigid and precise enough to handle such type of work.

I see you stopped using acetone to remove the glue from the back of the dial? Was that to not risking having acetone leaking to the front of the dial and messing with the paint?
