Great video! There are 100 things you could do "better." You guys are doing it right. Make wine that suits your tastes. I've thrown away 6 gallon carboys full of vinegar. I've had to restart yeast. If you can mess it up, I've done it. We made a muscadine wine 2 years ago where I used Alachua purple muscadines, squeezed the juice, and removed the hulls. The color comes from the skin, and we really don't care much for the purple wines we have made in the past. This wine turned out fantastic! The next time I try, it will probably be a disaster. I see you making blackberry wine from all those plants you have.

Thanks for the video, Well done! I have several wineries around my place and they recycle their bottles. I call them and they'll set aside as many cases of empty bottles as I ask for! I usually get 4 or 5 cases a year for free! I put them in the oven at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes and use a razor blade to remove the labels with an oven mitt. (Make sure to wash them first as left over wine will bake to the inside). Super easy and fast! Then I remove the left over glue with WD-40 or Goo-Gone and it wipes right off. The wineries here in Indiana are more than willing to help me out with free bottles. I like to give about half of my wine as Christmas gifts so I usually need a few cases a year since I don't get my bottles back most of the time. I'm definitely going to try your pineapple recipe!

Thanks for the video. I'm 67 and have never made wine since a friend and I tried it in high school and we made vinegar so never tried it again. I've watched quite a few videos and have noted the concerns about exploding wine so I am going to take measures. One thing that occured to me is to put the sugar on the pineapple which will cause the fruit to leach it's juices and flavor thereby after a day I think you could toss the fruit or maybe teabag it with cheesecloth. But somehow I'd not let it be clogging the air. Thanks for that tip.
