Making XCOM - Jake Solomon and Sid Meier

Sid Meier was always one of my heroes, and Jake Solomon is now among my list of heroes in the game industry. He did such an amazing job on XCOM, and Sid Meier is a great person to learn from. I can see Solomon taking over Firaxis should Meier decide to retire.

It would be great if you could tag in the title that these are your productions. I generally don't watch trailers (because I watch 5+ mainstream gaming channels and they often post the same trailer on all channels) and the last couple of years some trailers are publisher made documentaries, making it hard to seperate the journalism from the promotion reposts. It would be nice to see in the title that these are Polygon's work so I'm more inclined to watch it.
