@@edwinclores5463 It doesn't matter. What you see is what you get! They are sharing their raw and unadulterated opinion about the food they taste. And that's exactly what a non-food expert like me and million others would want to hear! Sometimes expert opinions of world re-known chefs seems hard to understand for the ordinary pinoys like me. But with Mike and Nelly who are not "pure food vloggers", it's easier to identify and relate to their experience. Thank you guys for sharing!

Thank you for vlogging small local indie restaurants in Manila! Many of them are really good but they are not given enough publicity. You've discovered the hipster side of QC. That whole alley is called "Cubao X" where all the really cool kids used to hang out at, pre-pandemic. There are a couple of art galleries there, a thrift shop, vintage records and furniture store, among others. You'd also typically see skateboarders hanging out there. There used to be bands and DJs playing there and there would be huge street parties before covid 🙂

Mike and Nelly have the best content when it comes to ForePinoys doing exposition and discovering/trying authentic Filipino dishes/food. They are never scared or might have explored more than what I ever did in my lifetime when I was there. I am ready to do it too because now I have the budget for those too 😂 Their love for anything with lechon at any region is untouchable & unlike any other and their evolving & increasing knowledge on when it comes to Filipino dishes, eating adobo, sinigang etc in different regions will be an exhilarating experience each time as it will unique and yet so familiar in taste each time.

That's a new twist to pair buro with lechon. Usually it's crispy fried tilapia and the leaf is mustard leaf. You put a piece of fish on the mustard leaf, half a tsp of buro and then a tsp of rice, roll it then eat in one bite. So heavenly.
