Hey, sorry you never got a response, but BEATLESS apparently is a Sci-fi Novel that later was turned into a Manga and of course, Anime adaptation. This song is part of a mini album released with some BEATLESS illustrations to aid you through at some illustrations which, I believe the image in the video is one of those illustrations.
