Can one use Makita batteries that does not say BL(brushless) on them? or brushless Makita tools only go with brushless batteries?

there are videos on youtube of people trying to tighten the chuck on the Makita drill and the chuck does not tighten on the Makita drill

I haven't used this one enough to notice. I personally use Ryobi and haven't had any issues. I've used the Ryobi drill to put in 200mm batten screws without pre-drilling, and used it to mix tile glue and concrete. It's a tough drill, and the batteries last a lot longer than the Makita ones. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJDIo4dqqL9qgbssi=xG_6DCYnm_1HZGuk

Can you drill holes in concrete walls with this?

Yes, it has a hammer function, although it would be suited for softer materials.
