Sometimes i'll have my phone on bluetooth through headphones or just have my little £10 Sony radio on the go . Fuck paying 100 odd quid for one.

The biggest mistake Makita made with all these radios was not making it a battery charger when used via the mains...listen to radio and charge the battery for your tools at the same time.

I have the Mikita DMR 108 I got it of Amazon for £120 has Bluetooth with a 30 foot radius as well as being digital the battery compartment and handle are really solid it can survive a 20 foot drop unlike the flimsy older models and the sound quality is drastically improved. I would definitely recommend if you have Makita batteries and charger hope this helps mate.

I used to listen to the radio Al time on sites now a days not aloud them I got used to it on the site I am on and when site manager s fxxk off I put some tunes on its agame changer end up staying longer get the money in
