I LIKED THE WAY MAKKI ROTI WAS COOKED BUT JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG ATTA BE KNEADED TO MAKE IT A ROTI AND WHILE TURNING NOT BREAK UP . SHOULD WE USE FINE, MEDIUM OR COARSE ATTA. WILL IT BE ALRIGHT TO ADD SUGAR OR GURR TO MAKE IT A BIT SWEAT IF SAG IS NOT AT HAND

I use fine atta and it makes better roti. Gid should not be added to the roti when cooking because it will melt and break the roti or burn it. What we do is after roti is cooked put shakkar or broken gud on it and add hot ghee, it tastes really yummy.

Sat Shri akal bebe ji ne kini soni roti banayi hai. Bahut achi lagi. Waise te taqreeban saare aj kal same tareeqa use karde ne par eh dekhan wich aaya hai ki makki da atta kayi tarah da aa reha hai. Kise di roti achi bandi hai te kise di tut jandi hai. Eh dislike karan waleya nu kedi gal galat lagi jo aine dislike kar ke gaye. Eh bebe ji sab di maa di umr de ne, kuch ta respect karo.
