Making this parotta is an art. Those restaurants who know how to make it make it absolutely yummy others really serve lumpy doughy parottas. I am punjabi but love these if they r well made and flaky.

Mene bohot saari recipes dekhi h lachha paratha ki par kabhi paratha banane me successful nhi ho payi pr apki recipe dekhne k baad mene ye recipe ghr par try ki or ek hi baar me soft or bohot saare layers wala paratha bana you teach such a easy way thank you so much chef hame itna easy and beautiful recipe dene k liye love your recipes ❤😘

I am descended from a Keralan muslim immigrant that went to Indonesia, here we call it roti canai, roti just means bread in general, yours look exactly like my mother's, though I reckon she use less oil and or margarine, in general, butter is less used here, ghee is only used sparingly due to its price.
