I’m in zone five b would this over winter in my zone?

It might during the warmest part of the summer. It definitely would indoors. You could plant a few seeds indoors and have it year-round. You could prune the vine back if it got unruly and eat it too. It does climb with tendrils like peas or cucumbers. Maybe you could train it into a bush indoors. When we build our greenhouse, I will definitely try it indoors...but that is at least a year away for us. Good Luck!!
