Frank Williams IMHO was one of the most underrated Gospel singers of his generation. He had that same sneaky lowkey gentleman demeanor that the late great Lee Williams had, and all the while be melting church walls with those powerful vocals and smooth runs (see at around 5:26 for an example). Respect and RIP to both him and the incomparable Rev. James Moore.
