When I was growing up, we attended revival every summer. When we heard a deacon or mother singing this hymn, we would begin running to get into the church before it ended. A friend of mine told me this was her experience as well . This song set the mood for worship and allowed the Holy Spirit to come in. Thank you, Lord God, for this song, for Mother Norwood, and mostly for your son Jesus and the Holy Ghost.

Yes!!! I couldn't agree More. This song Saved my sanity when I was 17 years old with a newborn alone. I sang this song while rocking my son & sobbing all the while. Actions are in progress to honor a Sabbath day. Already today, there are Sunday laws written on government books. Saturday nor Sunday is NOT the true biblical Sabbath. Genesis 1:14 is a commandment from God. God commanded us to let the lights in heaven be for days, years, etc. We are to use the sun, moon and stars to calculate our days, years, signs, seasons, Sabbaths, etc. The Sabbath commandment is one of the Ten commandments listed in Exodus 20 and It is just as important as the other nine commandments. It is to be kept! The Sabbath is calculated by God's Time in the heavens not by the Gregorian Calendar or any other man-made time. The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people Israel and whosoever join themselves to them. One law is to Israel and to the stranger. Exodus 12:48,49 Note: Sunday is the seventh day in the majority of countries. Also, research the "seven Noahide Laws" From my research online, these laws are Jewish laws taken from their writings, namely the Talmud. The first law in the "seven Noahide laws" forbids the worship of idols. According to Jewish writings, the worship of Jesus, Yahushua, etc........is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. There is a movement to enforce these laws on all nations. Research the connection between President Bush, President Trump, The United Nations, etc and the " seven Noahide laws" BEWARE OF THESE "SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS". THESE LAWS ARE VERY DANGEROUS TO CHRISTIANS AND TO ALL MANKIND!! Lastly, there is much talk online that the Jewish people residing in the land of Israel today are not the true Israelites and that the true Israelites are today now scattered throughout the nations, is this true? The Bible says in Revelation 3:9, someone is saying they are Jews but are not but are the synagogue of Satan. Research, Who are true Israel? Massey for his 20th Pastoral Anniversary on May 29th, 2014 at around 5:00. Tickets cost 30$ in advance, 35$ at the door, or 40$ for V.I.P. Just come on down to support my Pastor who has been going through horrendous chemo therapy ( If you don't know what that is, its what cancer patients take in hopes to destroy the cancer cells in ones body). Its his 20th pastoral anniversary, so anybody who's reading this, come down to Hopewell Baptist Church for him, and come regularly also. As my pastor would like to say, TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
