These Lok Geets have been an indispensable part of people's life. As is evident from the lyrics, these depict some simple everday happenings (marriage processions, fetching water from a river, morning worships, etc). Just the way we keep on humming something while doing are chores... It's almost impossible and unnecessary to trace who actually composed these geets.
